Technical Design Lead for Citizens’ Account System Project

TS Fifteen were engaged to lead the technical design and Oracle development for and eBusiness Suite release implementation for Sopra Newell and Budge, to produce the Citizens’ Account System for the Improvement Service (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Scottish Executive). Our consultants were responsible for design and build of a series of modules and complex Workflow solutions to deliver auditing, history tracking and XML messaging for the system. When the project Solution Architect left, we were asked to lead the solution architecture and technical design for the rest of the project, taking responsibility for functional configuration for the CRM system, and providing expert advice and guidance on Oracle Trading Community Architecture.

Client feedback:

a very strong Oracle workflow engineer and, under pressure, produced a solid system given only ‘light weight’ requirements. It is fair to say that Matt works well under pressure and independently if required.

He has excellent interpersonal skills and strives to achieve project goals.
